30-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee

You may return or request a replacement/refund for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

What You Can Expect

1. Replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll happily send a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
